JoJewels™ is an accessory company providing way-of-life merchandise to online visitors. Organized into five segments, it is designed to offer unusual accents to your home, office, and wardrobe: Semi-precious stone jewelry; home and garden decorations; office décor; pet accessories; and spa gift sets.

Semi-precious stone jewelry items range from ultra delicates to power necklaces, to meet individual fashion needs for both men and women.

Home and garden decorations include baroque wall adornments, Moroccan lanterns, Spanish wrought iron decor, shabby chic furniture and accessories, as well as sculpture and ornaments.

Office décor comprise icons to help bring enlightenment into your sanctum with items as varied as desktop fountains, feng shui furnishings, and Egyptian, Indian, and Thai artifacts.

Pet Accessories such as plush pet carriers, leopard spot and royal splendor pet beds offer a paw-some way to express the love you have for your favorite furry friend.

Founder's Bio

Founder Joanne Ehrich attended photography trade school and holds a University degree in art with emphasis on printmaking. She created numerous etchings, lithographs, and monotype prints, as well as paintings of animals and landscapes, and was one among a hundred artists selected for "Sharkbyte Art," a public shark sculpture project on display in the streets of San Jose, California in 2001. The project was covered in the coffee table book American Art Parades. The experience of being part of a larger-than-life project culminating in a charity auction spurned a desire to organize a similar event of her own. Seeking for yet another creative outlet, Ms. Ehrich started creating jewelry in 2003, but her talents took a different turn in 2004 when she founded Koala Jo Publishing, which is aimed at helping with wildlife preservation.

There she wrote, designed, and published seven books centered around one of the world's most beloved animals—the koala. She also designed and produced themed merchandise for her publishing company. For her first book, Koalas: Moving Portraits of Serenity, she recruited 120 photographers from 24 countries, resulting in a masterpiece that garnered over fifty five-star reviews and was named "...the best collection of koala images" by the American Library Association. This venture into publishing was not solely an artistic outlet; sales of another Koala Jo title, as well as koala-themed merchandise, contribute to the Australian Wildlife Hospital for the care of koalas and other Australian animals.

The priceless memories of making friends with people around the world in common pursuit of good for all proved to be what she longed to recreate after the 2001 shark sculpture event.

After the books were finished, it was time to return to crafting her beautiful pieces of jewelry, which now are finally on display here. She hopes these handmade pieces bring you as much pleasure as she felt in creating them, and that you will also enjoy discovering the many other treasures on display on this site.

Arbonne is a 100% vegan, botanically based Swiss skin care and nutrition company that follows Colleen's passion for animal rescue and products that are not tested on animals nor contain animal ingredients. Colleen immediately promoted to the District Manager-level and is now working towards a free trip to Cancun, a white Mercedes and a monthly commission rivaling hi-tech salaries. -->
