International Shipping

We will ship anywhere in the world. Please send us an email for personalized quote before placing your order.

NOTE: International includes countries and states outside the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and US military addresses. Canceling an Order: International customers who wish to cancel before an order is shipped, will incur a 20% handling fee which will not be refunded.

All products are 100% guaranteed. Every product you buy must be free of defects or you may return it within five days of delivery for immediate replacement or full refund. (Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value.)

Manufacturing design changes occur from time to time. Although we contract for specific models, designs, etc. as shown in the photos, we have no control over minor variations, and reserve the right to fulfill orders with merchandise of equivalent value as received from their suppliers.

Hand-painted and/or hand-crafted items may vary slightly in color or size when compared to photographed samples shown. Figurines, carvings and other hand-painted items of porcelain, alabastrite, ceramic, wood, stone, glass, etc. are created by various artists and artisans. Each brings an individual and personalized talent to his or her work, making these products truly one-of-a-kind collectors' items.


Damages and Returns

Please remember that most of these products are individually hand-crafted and may vary slightly in color or size when compared to the photographed samples shown. Each artisan brings his or her own unique talent to the object.

We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund less shipping costs. The item must be in its original condition in its original packaging.

NOTE: There MAY be a 20% restocking fee associated with the return of your product. Meaning 20% will be deducted from your credit.
